Summary

Rooniverse is a Multiplayer PvP/PVE/CO-OP, with MOBA/BATTLE ROYALE elements. The team refers to their game as a PMOBG (Pocket Multiplayer Online Battle Grounds).

Rooniverse is a narrative driven p2e game where players adopt a “Roo” and train it to fight in battles across the Rooverse. Players can custom craft their own items, battle arenas, maps and homes, in addition to the ones provided by the game. The end-game motivation of the players would be to establish their place in Roohalla, and become the most powerful Roo owner. This is a Mobile focussed game but will launch on desktop in the interim.

LORE:

“Set in lush sceneries fusing aesthetics like cyberpunk, giant foods, and whacky carnival themes; the player's journey revolves around their discovery of Roohalla and their relationship with their new Roo pets.

Story-wise, Roos emerged from a mysterious machine deep in the forest (this symbolises the first mint of Origin Roos). From there, players and their Roos embark on a trip toward their long-lost metaverse called Roohalla.

Roos are tribal animals who are both cute and savage at the same time; it's in their nature to fight for honour and for the glory of Roonium. When Roos fight, they fight to the death.”
